The hotel needs renovation: in the cupboards smells of humidity, in the bathroom drips, the rooms are noisy and the breakfast is neither sufficiently in the offer nor fresh (eggs old, sausages cold, orange juice diluted etc.)

I loved the location just off the Avenida and walking distance to many sites and the metro. The staff was very helpful from keeping our luggage prior to check in to making recommendations to excellent restaurants. The room was spacious for a family of four. The breakfast was generous.

Magnificent and perfect location to get to monuments and a tower located walk from the hotel. It also was walk from a park and a hill. Really great service, substantial breakfast. Free parking, shuttle from the airport.

The room was extremely pleasant and beautifully maintained and it had a tub and a bidet, that's cool. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the bathroom was marble-lined.

Room size limitations could be a serious issue, especially for multiple suitcases!!! The old décor really isn't cutting it, a fresh coat of paint would do wonders!!! Minor maintenance issues should be addressed more promptly!!!
